1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing via-astra.com or purchasing a Via Astra seminar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our seminars.

2. Seminar Purchases
Each seminar listing describes its content, format, price, and capacity. Seminars are delivered online and access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Capacity limits stated for each seminar (e.g. "Limited to 33 souls") are indicative and may vary.
3. Payment & Invoicing
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy and/or PayPal. Via Astra does not store full payment card details. An automatic invoice/receipt is issued by our payment processor to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase and before the seminar has taken place or been accessed in full. Once a live seminar has been attended or a recording fully accessed, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. To request a refund, contact hello@via-astra.com.
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law, which operates alongside this policy.
5. Access & Conduct
Access to a purchased seminar is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Via Astra reserves the right to remove any participant from a live seminar or revoke access to recorded content in cases of disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All seminar content, including recordings, workbooks, artwork, and the Via Astra name and star emblem, are the intellectual property of Via Astra and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer
Via Astra's seminars are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate support from a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Via Astra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in a seminar. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant seminar.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Via Astra harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the seminar content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Via Astra's place of registration in Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU, UK, or US state law where applicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or purchase of seminars after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
